Privacy policy

How information supports your diagnostic journey.

Last updated · 23 September 2026

Who is responsible

Business Diagnostic Labs™ provides growth readiness and performance diagnostics, reports, review calls and organisational advisory services. Operator: Business Diagnostic Labs™ · United Kingdom · info@businessdiagnosticlabs.com. This policy explains how information relates to our website and diagnostic services. Read it together with any participant notice provided for your assessment.

Information and purposes

When you complete a diagnostic or enquiry, information may include your name, work contact details, organisation, role, answers, scores and business context. It is used to respond to enquiries, produce requested assessments and reports, arrange reviews and deliver agreed services. Payment and order records support fulfilment and accounting. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information or identifiable information about colleagues unless it is necessary and you are authorised to provide it.

What this website does

The sample-report form asks for a name, organisation and email, but this version only opens a local sample PDF: its JavaScript does not transmit or store those fields. The future-diagnostic poll is also a browser-only demonstration and does not submit votes to a server. Hosting providers may process connection information, such as IP addresses and requested pages. Contact us if you need further information about website connection records.

External services

Assessment and enquiry links open Microsoft Forms; payment links open Stripe. Information you submit there is handled through those services and their applicable notices. Read Microsoft’s privacy statement and Stripe’s privacy policy. This static website does not itself collect payment-card details. Service providers may process data in other countries. Contact us for information about the providers and international-transfer arrangements relevant to your engagement.

Organisation and participant data

Team, cohort and organisation diagnostics can involve participant responses, comparisons and sponsor reports. Before collecting responses, the engagement must identify who controls the data, what the sponsor receives, whether responses are identifiable, and any aggregation thresholds. Do not assume that responses are anonymous. Ask for the participant notice before responding if the intended recipients or reporting arrangements are unclear.

Basis for using information

Where applicable law requires a lawful basis, responding to a requested service and delivering it may rely on contractual necessity; accounting obligations may rely on legal obligation; security and business enquiries may rely on legitimate interests after assessment. Consent must be obtained where required, including for any future optional tracking or marketing. You can contact us to ask which lawful basis applies to the use of your information.

Retention, security and sharing

Information should be accessible only to authorised people and service providers who need it for the stated purpose. Retention must reflect service delivery, accounting requirements and dispute handling, followed by deletion or anonymisation. Retention is assessed by record type: whether an enquiry remains active; whether responses or reports are still needed to deliver the agreed engagement; and whether purchase records must be kept for accounting obligations or an unresolved dispute. For information about the records relating to your enquiry or engagement, contact info@businessdiagnosticlabs.com.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a supervisory authority. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out. Contact info@businessdiagnosticlabs.com to make a request; identity verification may be needed. For UK data-protection complaints, contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
