Terms of service

These terms cover use of Business Diagnostic Labs™ and its diagnostic services. Provider: Business Diagnostic Labs™ · United Kingdom · info@businessdiagnosticlabs.com. Paid service scope, timing and fees must be confirmed at purchase or in a written engagement. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over conflicting terms.

We offer Growth Readiness and Factory System diagnostics, free snapshots, paid digital reports, online interpretation and review sessions, and scoped team, cohort and organisation services. Workshops and advisory work require an agreed scope. A free snapshot does not include every paid report or review.

You must have authority to provide the information you submit and, when acting for an organisation, authority to request the service. Results depend on the accuracy, completeness and timing of your responses. Do not submit confidential third-party material without permission or use the service unlawfully.

Check the service description, currency, total price, applicable taxes, prerequisites and delivery arrangements before paying. Microsoft Forms and Stripe links are external services. The Growth Readiness full report is advertised as typically delivered by email within 3–5 working days of purchase; confirm the applicable delivery commitment in your order. Organisation prices marked “from” require scoping and a quotation. If the total price, tax treatment or delivery date is unclear, contact us before ordering.

Complete the free diagnostic before purchasing the full personal report. The report precedes the Clarity Call, and both precede the Personal Operating System Review. The Report + Clarity Call bundle includes the first two paid stages. Buying a stage does not remove its stated prerequisites.

Diagnostic frameworks, site content and sample materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Reports are intended for the purchaser’s personal or internal organisational use within the agreed engagement. Do not resell, publicly redistribute or misrepresent the materials, except where permission or law allows. You retain rights in information you supply. Any additional usage rights are set out in the written engagement.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer remedies. Any negotiated business liability terms belong in the signed engagement.

We will consider the issue against the agreed scope and your applicable legal rights. Nothing in these terms restricts mandatory rights concerning the law or courts available to consumers. Changes to these terms should not retrospectively change an existing order without agreement.
